In this case, the claimant only utilizes his cane here and there; quite noticeably doesn’t need it to be walking.
01/14/2020 the claimant walks out of WCB using a cane, then later the same day-no cane
01/21/2020 claimant is going to orthopedic doctor with cane, then not even two hours later he is carrying groceries without the cane
01/22/2020 no cane while going to the bank and getting his propane tanks
01/24/2020 cane back in use while attending his WC hearing
01/27/2020 again, no cane!!
